The Candelas

One of the most recent housing developments in Arvada, the Candelas community is an incredibly attractive neighborhood of professionals, entrepreneurs, and families alike. This beautiful area features plenty of high-quality one- and two-story homes, many of which have been constructed within the past decade or so. To make these properties even more appealing, the area is topped off by incredible community amenities and features. In these homes, you’ll be very close to shopping, dining, and entertainment complexes, alongside open spaces and the Arvada Blunn Reservoir. Painted Prairie

If you’re looking for a place that merges the prairie aesthetic with mountain scenery, the Painted Prairie community could be exactly what you’re looking for. Situated just 18 miles east from downtown Denver, the Painted Prairie community features some truly exceptional homes in traditional and contemporary designs that are either ranch-style or multi-story homes. While you may be just a stone’s throw from many Denver attractions, the Painted Prairie neighborhood features a terrific Town Center that’s packed with all sorts of retail stores, restaurants, activities, and much more. You’ll feel just the visionary pioneers that first settled in Colorado centuries ago. Whether you’re looking for a beautiful townhouse or a high-end home to raise your family, the Painted Prairie could be the right location for your new home in Denver.

Anthem Ranch

If you’re beginning to get closer to your retirement age, then you must consider buying a new home in Anthem Ranch. This neat village, near the Broomfield area, is a relatively new community that is specifically designed for adults that are 55+ years old. Residents in this neighborhood live in a variety of homes with one- and two-story plans that blend indoor and outdoor living. The Ranch is well-positioned between downtown Denver and the Boulder area, so you can get the best of both worlds in close proximity to the Rocky mountains. And did we mention that yard maintenance is included with HOA dues? This way you have more time to do the things you want to do.

We should note that demand for housing at Anthem Ranch is high. That being said, there are a few other Anthem villages throughout the metro area, which include Anthem Highlands and Anthem Reserve (still in development). If you’ve passed the 55 age mark, then one of these communities could be the ideal spot to buy your new home in Denver.
