Sell for More with Grant Muller.
Grant Muller is a man of many passions. From work to play, living to learning, giving back to taking care of business, this guy goes all-out in everything he does. And that's just the way he likes it.
Grant has been a Colorado resident since 1979, and he's proud to know (like the back of his hand) and work (but it doesn't really feel like work) in the region he calls home.
Grant founded Spaces Real Estate in 2012 after realizing that homebuyers and sellers simply deserved better. He wanted to create a whole new kind of real estate company-one determined to put people before properties.
To Grant, relationships are everything. He understands the gravity that home carries and the value that it holds for the people who live there. As such, Spaces now stands as a fanatically client-focused company that holds relationships above revenue and client service over compromises.
When it comes to his own work, Grant is a bona fide pro. He is a 5280 Magazine Five Star Professional Award Winner year after year and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.
All that, and he's contagiously high-energy, ridiculously responsive and obsessed with his clients' success. And as you can probably guess, this drive and positive attitude also carry over to his personal and philanthropic lives. As an expression of his desire to help anyone and everyone find comfort in "home," no matter where it is, Grant is heavily involved in organizations dedicated to Denver's homeless. He is a Board Member and Chair of the Development Committee at Urban Peak, a local non-profit that provides shelter and resources to homeless youth. Grant also sits on the board of the Renaissance Housing Development Corporation, which builds housing for homeless individuals who would otherwise be living on the streets.
Personally, this family man and animal lover has happy places at every turn and corner. Be it riding his horse, enjoying a sushi and ice cream date night with his fiancé Adrian, skiing the slopes with friends, or cuddling up with his favorite canine companion Winston and feline friend Nala Lupe, Grant Muller is never far from home.
